Validity: 1 year
Requirements may include the following:
- DTI or SEC Registration Certificate
- Community Tax Certificate
- Barangay Clearance
- Location Clearance
- Certificate of Occupancy
- Building Permit
- Fire Safety / Inspection Permit
- Electrical Inspection Certificate
- Contract of Lease
- Picture / Sketch of the Site
