Validity: 1 year

Requirements may include the following:

  • DTI or SEC Registration Certificate
  • Community Tax Certificate
  • Barangay Clearance
  • Location Clearance
  • Certificate of Occupancy
  • Building Permit
  • Fire Safety / Inspection Permit
  • Electrical Inspection Certificate
  • Contract of Lease
  • Picture / Sketch of the Site
